General Manager participated in one Morrison County Work Force Center Job Fair in summer of 2008.  LF Radio also donated on-air promotional announcements.

Established an internship program.

LF Radio is currently participating in Service Learning sponsored by the Little Falls School District.  One 8th grader is participating in on site learning.

Participated in training program for marketing representative.

Permit Minnesota Workforce Center Career Opportunities to be aired on AM960 KLTF for one hour two times per year.  Guest on locally produced program:  Party Line.

Participate in Little Falls Chamber of Commerce, Brainerd Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Little Falls Business Association, Minnesota Broadcasters Association, to further the goal of disseminating information about employment opportunities.
