Exhibitor Information:
-Discounts are available for booths if reservations are made and paid for before February 27th, 2009.
-Setup hours are from 9:00am-6:00pm on Friday, April 17th.
-All booths must remain intact until the end of the show at 4:00pm on Sunday.
-All booths must be taken down by 7:00pm on Sunday, April 19th.
-No smoking or alchoholic beverages are allowed in or around the arena.
-Exhibit locations are based on a first come, first served reservation policy. Arena management or Little Falls Radio must approve any changes.
-No food or concessions may be sold. Samples are welcome.
-Applications for space requests must be accompanied with payment of all charges.
-No refunds will be made.
-Exhibitor parking will be available on the south side of the High School.
-Exhibitors accept full responsibility and all liabilities for damage to persons or property arising from the use and occupancy of the arena premises.
-Little Falls Radio or the arena management accepts no responsibility for losses of exhibitor property by theft, fire, accident, or act of God.
-Normal electrical 120-volt connections are available at no charge. Each exhibitor must supply extension cords to reach the electrical distribution plug-ins. Any additional electrical needs may be requested in advance. A charge may apply for this request.
