2008 Recipes-Pumpkin Bars

PUMPKIN BARS ( Thanks to Party Line Listener, Mary Lou Czech)
 1 1/2 Cups Sugar  1 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt  1 2/3 Cups Flour  3 Eggs
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 Can (15 oz.) Pumpkin
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly with an electric mixer.  Put in greased 10×15 inch pan.  Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool  and then frost with cream cheese frosting.
