2 flour tortillas (10 inch size)
1-1/2 C mozarella cheese, divided
1/4 C pizza sauce
1/2 C pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 C diced cooked ham
Spray baking sheet w/cooking spray. Put one tortilla on the sheet. Put 1 C of the cheese on top. Layer the second tortilla.
Spread on pizza sauce. Add ham, pineapple and remaining cheese. Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes. This certainly caught our eye with the unusual pizza crust idea!
