1/2 C red hot cinnamon candies
1/2 C boiling water
1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
1 1/2 C applesauce (see applesauce recipe below)
Mix candies, boiling water and jello to dissolve. Stir in applesauce. Chill to firm.
MICROWAVE APPLESAUCE
6 C apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1/2 C water
1T lemon juice
1/4 C sugar
Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, stir occasionally. Chill
