30 Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined    2 Tbs. Olive Oil            2 Tbs. Butter, melted
2 Cloves Garlic, minced            1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper    1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Toss the shrimp in a bowl with the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper.  Set aside for 10 minutes to marinate the shrimp.  Arrange the shrimp in a circular pattern in a round casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Note:  You can grill them or stir fry them if you prefer.
