The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) advises everyone to act fast: time is running out on the 2016 Minnesota Organic Conference early bird discount. This farmer-focused event and associated trade show is January 8-9 in St. Cloud. Organizers expect 500-600 people to attend. Early birds get $25 off the cost of registration before December 31. The conference trade show features more than 80 vendors, including organic fertilizer, seed, feed, and equipment dealers; crop, dairy and livestock buyers; organic certifying agencies, marketing organizations, farmer organizations, and more. The $25 per person discount for early bird registration ends December 31, 2015, but other discounts continue. The conference offers reduced rates for groups, students, and single day attendance.
