A Stearns County judge has dismissed felony drug charges against a St. Cloud man after ruling that investigators improperly obtained evidence that they used to get a warrant to search his residence. 37-year old Daniel Jason Lommel had been charged with two fifth-degree controlled substance crimes, both felonies. The judge dismissed the charges against Lommel.
