2015 Recipes-Cottage Cheese Loaf

  • 1 stick butter

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 5 cups Special K cereal

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¾ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

  • 3 envelopes George Washington broth

  • 1 onion chopped

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9×13 buttered pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
