Dissolve 5 t yeast, with 1/2 C sugar in 2 C warm water. Let set until foams and doubles. Add 4 T oil, and 2 C flour. After slightly mixed, Add 2 t salt and 2 more C flour. Knead well. (I use mixer w/dough hook) Divide dough ball into 24 balls and form bread sticks. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let Rise about 30 minutes. Bake @ 350 for approx.15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt. Makes 2 dozen medium bread sticks.
