1 bag mini marshmallows
6 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 to 6 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
14 ounce caramels (about 45 caramel squares)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6 Tablespoons butter
2 cups Chocolate chips

Grease 9×13 pan and set aside. In large microwave safe bowl melt marshmallow and butter together and stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and stir again. Add in Rice Krispie Cereal and gently fold until combined. Dump into prepared pan and use a buttered spatula to press the treats down flat. In small sauce pan, melt caramels, sweetened condensed milk and butter together over medium heat. Stir occasionally until smooth.  Pour over Rice Krispies and let cool, about 10 minutes. Melt chocolate in microwave and then pour over caramel layer and use a spatula to spread out. Let set and cut with a warm knife.
