Chipotle Tortilla Soup

• 1 large onion, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 2 (15-ounce) cans pinto beans or black beans, drained
• 2 (14 ½ ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
• 2 (15 ounce) cans corn
• 2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, seeded and minced
• 2 teaspoons adobe sauce (the sauce that comes with the chipotle peppers)
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken
• ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro (or 2 Tablespoons dried cilantro)
