2016 Recipes: Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie (Thanks Mariyln Schreiner)

Week of December 12th-16th 2016

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • 1 package lime Jello

  • 2 – 8 ounce yogurt (to match Jello)

  • 1 – 8 ounce tub Cool Whip

  • Graham cracker crust

In large bowl, combine Jello and boiling water. Stir well. Add yogurt and cool whip and combine with wire whisk. Pour in crust and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
