Week of January 2nd-6th 2017

• ¾ cup plus 2 Tablespoons milk (70-80 degrees)
• 1 cup water (70-80 degrees)
• 1 egg
• 6 Tablespoons butter, softened, divided
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

In bread machine pan, place milk, water, eggs, 4 Tablespoons butter, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in order. select dough setting – check after 5 minutes of mixing. Add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of water or flour if needed. When cycle is completed, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll into 12 inch circle. Melt remaining butter; brush over dough. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges from the wide end and place point down 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Curve the ends to form crescents. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 17-20 minutes. Remove to wire racks.
