A 26-year-old Brainerd man will do prison time for sexually assaulting a male victim in an apartment in Brainerd. Jeremiah Love of Brainerd, was sentenced July 22 in Crow Wing County District Court to four years and five months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim who is mentally impaired/helpless. Conditional release after confinement was set for 10 years.
