Three arrested in Baxter on Sunday after a drug bust

Three were arrested after a drug bust Sunday morning in Baxter. Baxter police spotted two vehicles in a parking lot and knowing that the business the lot was for was closed investigated the occupants. The police found 26-year-old Jason Dailey, 25-year-old David Morrison and 40-year-old Stephanie Teel-Tilbury. Police also located a single action revolver under Dailey’s seat which no one had a permit for and 10 grams of methamphetamine. Other drug paraphernalia was found inside the vehicle. Dailey and Morrison were charged with first degree possession of a control substance. Dailey as the driver was also charged for possessing a pistol without a permit. Teel Tilbury was charged with a 5th degree control substance crime.
