Authorities said the cause of a house fire early Tuesday morning at a rambler log-style home located just east of Nisswa appears to be suspicious. The Minnesota State Fire Marshal Office is investigating the cause of the fire and was on site Tuesday and again Wednesday, when another fire ignited in the home, located on Middle Cullen Road off Crow Wing County Road 18, two miles east of Nisswa. No one was in the home at the time of the fire. Both fires appear to be suspicious. After Tuesday’s fire the home, owned by Nicole O’Day, was not considered a total loss. However, after Wednesday morning’s fire the home was completely destroyed.
