A body found Sunday afternoon near Monticello has been identified as Tyler Berg. The 24-year-old St. Cloud man went missing November 22nd. Searchers found Berg’s body in a marsh south of Interstate Highway 94 near Dalton Avenue. His body was found by volunteers from United Legacy Search, Rescue and Recovery, who had been searching the area for Berg. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on the body and identified it Tuesday as Berg. The circumstances surrounding the death of Tyler Berg are under investigation by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office and Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office. The sheriff’s office did not release a preliminary cause of death.
