A 63-year-old man who fled from authorities and loaded a firearm inside a Brainerd home surrendered to law enforcement a short time later and was taken into custody Monday. Larry Walter Prahm was arrested at his residence on the 16000 block of Blakeman Road in Brainerd. Prahm was booked into the Crow Wing County Jail on several charges including fourth- degree assault, fleeing a peace officer, terroristic threats and obstructing the legal process. Formal criminal charges are pending from the County Attorney’s Office.
