Cass County deputies responded Saturday to a woman being struck by a golf cart in Hackensack. The incident occurred at a chainsaw carving event around 2:00pm. Authorities say the driver was traveling at a very low rate of speed and woman was trying to wave down the driver when she was struck and hit the ground. The woman, who was not identified was treated for injuries at the Brainerd hospital.
