A Crow Wing County jury Wednesday found a 38-year-old Brainerd man guilty of first and second degree arson. Steven Whitney remains in jail following the guilty verdict will be sentenced on December 17th. Whitney was found guilty for intentionally starting a May 5th fire with near a detached garage where two acquaintances lived on Fir Street.
