Crow Wing County Land Services Department is asking for help from the public in locating whoever is responsible for the theft and vandalism of recently installed grant-in-aid ATV signs and signposts. The Cuyuna Iron Range Riders ATV club installed the signs recently on the Miller Black Bear Area Trail located in the mine pit and lake area of Irondale and Wolford Townships. The signs were flattend by a vehicle, removed and damaged during the holiday weekend of this year (Memorial Day, 4th of July). Damage or theft of state funded signs does carry a penaly of $700. Anyone with information on the theft or vandalism of the signs should call 218-829-4749.
