Crow Wing County respondes to an attempted break-in Sunday morning

Crow Wing County responded to an attempted break in Sunday morning. A female reported that someone was attempting to break into their house. The caller indicated that her husband went out to confront the individual at which time he was assaulted by the suspect. Upon the deputies’ arrival, the suspect was confronted at which time he refused to listen to the deputies’ commands.  The deputy then Tased the suspect after which other officers arrived on scene and they were able to subdue the suspect and place him under arrest. The suspect, 32-year-old Joshua Wallace of Blaine was taken into custody on assault, damage to property and obstruction charges.
