Four people injured Sunday night in broadside collision in Sherburne County

Four people were injured Sunday night in a broadside collision in Sherburne County. 32-year old Sean Ayer of St. Cloud was driving south on Minnesota Highway 25 around 7:50pm. A truck driven by 29-year-old Ignacio Gomez of Minneapolis was heading east on Sherburne County Road 16. Gomez drove through a stop sign and struck Ayer’s car on the passenger side. 26-year old Nickole Ayer and 1-year old Levi Ayer both of Plymouth were passengers in the car. Nickole Ayer suffered serious injuries. Sean Ayer and Levi Ayer both suffered non life threatening injuries. Each were taken to St. Cloud Hospital. Gomez was not injured. However his passenger 25-year-old Gerardo Gomez, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life threatening injuries according to the State Patrol.
