The Little Falls City Council met Monday night at City Hall. At the meeting there was an informational meeting and presentation led by zoning administrator Ben Oleson on the new sign ordinance. (For the proposed language of the sign ordinance click here) The feasibility report for the Elm Street Improvement project was denied. The new City administrator Jon Rademacher replaced interim administrator Dan Vogt as the Responsible Authority. This position is required by state data practices law. The council also approved the sale of a surplus police vehicle. The council also has posted a job opening for a Park Maintenance Worker 1 to replace Charles Volbert who will be retiring at the end of the year. The council meets next November 16th.
