An Illinois woman was seriously injured Thursday night around 6:15pm on Interstate 94 near Avon in Stearns County. 58-year-old Donna Todd was westbound on I-94 when her vehicle left the road and rolled in the ditch. Todd was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries by the State Patrol.
