A fatal accident occurred Saturday around 2:45am in Cass County. The State Patrol reported the accident occurred on Highway 371 north of Pine River when the driver hit a sign and rolled multiple times down into the ditch. The driver, 42-year-old Michael D. Kelly of Pine River was ejected from the vehicle and died at scene.
