Minnesota unemployment rate at 3.8% in September 2015

Minnesota’s unemployment rate has dropped again, coming in at 3.8 percent in September. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate has been below 4 percent for seven out of nine months this year. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development released the figure Thursday. The Minnesota rate compares with a national average of 5.1 percent for last month.
