Motorists may encounter delays in the St. Cloud area as occasional non-rush hour shoulder and lane closures occur on Highway 10 between E St. Germain St and Watab Road, and on Highway 15 between Benton Drive and Highway 10, beginning today. The closures are needed while crews conduct off-roadway maintenance and cleanup, and are scheduled to be completed by late-September. Also a reminder that Highway 27 work begins today from Little Falls to Long Prairie, watch for flaggers and delays starting today.
