Motorists will encounter lane closures, flaggers, pilot cars and delays on five Central Minnesota highways beginning Thursday while crews seal segments of each road. The lane closures will occur intermittently on the following roadways, up to seven day per week. Highway 107 between Highway 65 and the Isanti County/Pine County border -Highway 65 between Highway 23 in Mora and Highway 27 in Woodland- Highway 55 between County Road 181 in Paynesville and the east junction of Highway 4 near Lake Koronis -Highway 23 between Highway 25 and County Road 67 near Foley (includes the Highway 23/25 intersection) -Highway 25 at Highway 23 in Foley Each road segment will be intermittently reduced to a single lane with flaggers and a pilot car controlling one-way, alternating traffic through the daily work zone.
