Motorists on westbound Highway 10 west of Wadena will encounter lane closures and possible delays beginning Monday. Crews will begin a two-part pavement preservation project along a nine-mile section of Highway 10 near Bluffton. The first phase will involve removing a thin layer of the existing pavement to reduce rutting. The work will require intermittent lane closures for approximately one week. In early September, crews will add a thin layer of new pavement to level out the driving surface and eliminate imperfections.
