New foods for Minnesota State Fair released

The Minnesota State Fair is August 27th through September 7th. The new foods for the fair were released this week. Topping their list of new items are stuffed Italian meatloaf on a stick, walleye stuffed mushrooms, many items with sriracha from hot dogs, salads and even ice cream. Prime rib to go, wild rice-eggs benedict muffins, meatloaf hash and many items this year going gluten free. For the full list of new items check out the Minnesota State Fair website.
