–The woman arrested Tuesday in connection with her father’s death remained in custody Thursday in Louisville, Kentucky. 38-year old Lisa Kearney was arrested in Louisville on Tuesday, a day after police found her father dead in his St. Cloud home. Kearney refused to waive extradition back to Minnesota on Wednesday. If she waives extradition, Stearns County law enforcement could go to Kentucky and bring her back to appear in court.
