–Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen reports that their office has received multiple calls of business burglaries this month. Areas of the burglaries include the following: Pierz, Little Falls, Bowlus, Flensburg and Swanville. All of the reported cases that officers and deputies responded to included forced entry. Either the suspect has made entry through a door, or they break out a window. The suspects in each burglary have been targeting cash and tools. Sheriff Larsen wants to remind business owners to secure their businesses and never leave cash and tools in areas that are easily accessible. Residents are encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office if they see any suspicious people or vehicles near businesses after normal business hours. Sheriff Larsen states that these cases are still under investigation and any tips from the public would be greatly appreciated. Please call the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office at (320) 632-9233 if you have information that would assist the investigations.
