--The organization Wreaths for the Fallen wanted to thank everyone who helped and donated to the National Remembrance Ceremony and “Honor Wreath” placement last December. The organization recently helped with the placing and removal of flags on the gravestones at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls over the Memorial Day weekend. Back in December, more than 1,000 supporters attended and assisted in placing 4,100 wreaths on the graves for our nation's veterans. Already plans are in place for the next ceremony this December. With the new State Veterans Cemetery opening in Preston in southwestern Minnesota many more wreaths are expected to be made this year for the event which is on the 2nd Saturday in December.
