--The Little Falls Police Department has released information regarding Michael Sahr, a Level 3 registrant subject to public notification. Sahr has lived in Little Falls since 2007 and his risk level changed to a Level 3 this week. Michael Sahr has served the sentence imposed on him by the court. --A Pierz woman was sentenced Thursday after being convicted of felony possession for being discovered with illegal drugs, illegal weapons and drug paraphernalia. 26-year old Kendra Ann Englehart was arrested after a traffic stop led to the discovery of several grams of marijuana and methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, two gram scales and a pair of metal knuckles with an attached knife blade. Englehart received a stay of execution on a sentence of 27 months in prison for felony possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree. She was given credit for 34 days served and won't serve any additional jail time unless she violates the terms of her probation. Englehart was sentenced to up to 20 years of probation. She was also ordered to pay a fine of $300, abstain from mood-altering chemicals, submit to random drug testing and other conditions of probation. She must also be assessed for chemical dependency and mental health issues, and follow any recommendations. Englehart also received a sentence on a gross misdemeanor charge of giving a false name to police. She received a stay of execution on a sentence of 365 days in jail, and was given credit for 36 days in jail.

--A St. Cloud area man was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree arson, a felony, after a fire at an adult bookstore in St. Cloud, according to the Benton County Attorney's Office. 32-year old Cody Mann was arrested shortly after a fire was set early Thursday afternoon at Pure Pleasure. No one was injured in the incident, but damages are estimated at $380,000.

--Authorities in western Minnesota say a 3-year old child was accidentally shot and wounded by another child. The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says it received a 911 call about the shooting from a home in Deer Creek around 7:30am Sunday. The caller reported a 5-year old had caused the accidental gunshot wound. The 3-year old was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital before being sent to a Minneapolis hospital. Authorities say the victim is stable. The shooting is under investigation. No other information on this incident available at this time.

--A Waite Park woman was injured Sunday morning after running a red light, and colliding with two vehicles and a sign. 55-year old Carmen Finger was driving north on Minnesota Highway 15 at about 9:30am when she ran a red light at Second Street South. Finger struck a vehicle driven by 45-year old Paul Obrien of St. Cloud, as Obrien was driving east on Second Street South. Finger then hit a sign and another vehicle, driven by 41-year old Aron Frackes of Lakeville. He was driving west on Second Street South, waiting to make a left turn on to Highway 15. Finger received non life threatening injuries and was transported to St. Cloud Hospital.

--There is a community Thanksgiving meal on Thursday from 11:00am-1:00pm in the Little Falls Community High School Commons. The meal is free and open to all.

--Santa Parade is this Friday at 6:00pm in Little Falls.

--The Pierz Pioneer football team will face St. Croix Lutheran in the Prep Bowl for the Class AAA title on Saturday at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. There will be a fan bus sign up in the Pierz School District Office. Cost is free for the fan bus. Tickets to the game are also on sale at Pierz School District Main Office. Tickets are $9 for students and $14 for adults. Tickets for the game are on sale at Pierz Schools until 3:30pm on Wednesday. The state championship game will be broadcast this Saturday on 94.1FM KFML (FM94) and streamed online at fallsradio.com. Kickoff is scheduled at 1:00pm.

--The Morrison County Board of Commissioners meet today at 9:00am in the County Board Room of the Morrison County Government Center.

--Minnesota is seeking $5 billion in damages from 3M Company in what could become one of the largest environmental lawsuits in the nation's history. In Hennepin County District Court documents filed Friday, the attorney general charged that chemicals manufactured by 3M have damaged human health and the environment. Those documents said that the chemicals increased the rates of cancer in Washington County. A study cited by the attorney general concluded there was a "statistically significant" increase in cancer rates for people living in Oakdale, one of the communities affected by the pollution. The study blamed the chemicals for an increase in premature births, babies with a low birth-weight, and infertility.

--A second woman is accusing Al Franken of sexual misconduct – this time, when he was a Democratic senator from Minnesota. 33-year old Lindsay Menz from Texas, told CNN that the senator pulled her in close and grabbed her buttocks while the two were posing for a picture at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010. Menz says she immediately told her mother and father about the incident and posted on Facebook about it. Menz is the second woman to accuse Franken of inappropriate touching.

--There is a final showing of the 41st annual Indoor Marching Band Concert tonight at 7:00pm in the recently renovated Charles D. Martin Auditorium of the Little Falls Community High School. Doors open at 6:30pm. All seats are general admission.
