A pursuit led into Itasca State Park where at that the time the deputy stopped the pursuit for safety of others possible in the park area. K9 and others were then used in the area where Bachman was found on Tuesday. If convicted for fleeing, Bachman faces up to three years in prison and $5,000 fine.
