There will be no on-street parking in the downtown Brainerd area this morning as the parking stall lines are painted. On-street parking will be prohibited on South Seventh Street between Front Street and Maple Street and on Front Street and Laurel Street between South Sixth Street and South Eighth Street from 5-9 a.m. Parking stalls will be available for parking once the paint is dry. Violators will be ticketed and towed.
