Due to the narrowness of West Lake Road in Benton County, parking has been prohibited in certain areas. Parking along West Lake Road, on the west shore of Little Rock Lake, has been restricted in the 10500 block of West Lake Road near Rice. Concerns about parking were raised after a garage fire took place and emergency vehicles had difficult access. The section of road is frequently used by people ice fishing. Those looking to access the lake for ice fishing are asked to park at St. Regis County Park.
