The Paynesville Police Department, along with other area law enforcement agencies ceased their search Thursday for a man with a felony warrant. 28-year-old Ryan Gean Clover was seen in the area Tuesday evening. A search Tuesday failed to locate the suspect. Paynesville police received a report on Thursday that Clover returned to a Paynesville residence where he made an unauthorized entrance and stole a cellphone. Clover then fled on foot to a wooded area near the Crow River. Clover is wanted on a felony warrant out of Isanti County for failure to register as a predatory offender and terroristic threats. He has been known to be armed and should be considered dangerous. Anyone who sees Clover should call Paynesville Police.
