The Pierz Pioneers were crowned the Prep Bowl Class 3A champions Saturday after a 36-8 win over Jackson County Central. Pierz got behind early but stormed back with 29 unaswered points. Saturdays win marks the second time Pierz has won the championship, the last time in 2004. Noah Boser was named player of the game for having three touchdowns. Congratualtions to all the coaches, players, fans and parents on a great season.
