Police are searching for a missing woman after finding a dead body in a St. Cloud residence on Monday afternoon. Officers responded to a welfare check complaint in the 300 block of 21st Avenue North around 3:00pm Monday. Officers found a dead person in the residence and are investigating the death as suspicious. Police say no evidence indicates a danger to the public. Tuesday morning, police asked for the public’s help in locating 38-year old Lisa May Kearney. Kearney was described as 5-foot-8, weighing around 140 pounds. Police said her relationship to the incident is “missing,” but did not immediately say whether she was a suspect. Police are also searching for a blue 2002 Chevy Silverado truck, with a license plate number of 812 ENW. Anyone with information is asked to call St. Cloud police.
