Princeton man flees North Dakota, arrested in Florida

A central Minnesota man who fled North Dakota before his sentencing for luring a minor by computer was found in Florida this week. Jeffrey Alley of Princeton had pleaded guilty in Burleigh County Court in North Dakota and was scheduled for sentencing July 14th but fled. Deputies stated they have arrested Alley in Lee County, Florida and he was transported back to Bismarck where he was ordered to be held with bond in the Burleigh County Jail until sentencing is completed in the upcoming days.
