A Rice man was arrested Saturday after crashing a motorcycle he reportedly stole. Travis Jacob was driving around 1:00am on Highway 15 when a Sartell police officer attempted to stop him. Jacob did not stop for the officer and engaged him in a short pursuit that ended when the cycle crashed on the side of the road. Jacob would not comply with the officer and was Tased to be taken into custody. While in custody it was discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen earlier that evening. He faces multiple charges.
