A Royalton man was hospitalized for head injuries after falling from a truck July 4th. The incident in Two Rivers Township occurred shortly before noon as 23-year old Joshua Gill of Royalton was riding in the back of a pickup. Gill fell out of the truck while it was traveling at 20 miles per hour. The driver of the truck, 21-year old Travis Ison of Sandy Hook, Kentucky did not sustain any injuries. Gill was taken to St. Cloud Hospital. The severity of his injuries is unknown.
