Crow Wing County has released the name of the man who died from a watercraft accident Wednesday afternoon. The victim is identified as 21-year-old Ryan Giguere of Eagan. Giguere was operating a personal watercraft on Rush Lake when something occurred causing him to enter the water. Witnesses were able to remove Giguere from the water and transport him to shore but were unable to revive him. Giguere died at the scene.
