A Sartell teenager has pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting third-degree murder for his role in causing an accidental fire that killed a woman in November at a St. Cloud home. 19-year-old Justin Edward Pick and 18-year-old Dustin Ross Zablocki were allegedly making “dabs,” a potent oil extract from marijuana that is believed to start the fire that killed Sally Douglas who was found inside the home after firefighters arrived on 1st Street North in Sartell. Pick pleaded guilty Wednesday in Stearns County District Court. The sentence recommended by state guidelines is slightly more than seven years in prison. Pick has agreed to testify at any trial Zablocki might face. Pick is scheduled to be sentenced October 29th. Zablocki is scheduled to be in court on November 12th.
