46-year old Sean Timothy Kelly of Burtrum was convicted January 7th in Morrison County District Court of one felony count of first-degree burglary from an incident in May of 2014. Kelly had the following charges dismissed as part of a plea bargain: one felony count each of second-degree and third-degree burglary along with fifth-degree possession of marijuana, three felony counts of receiving stolen property and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property. Kelly was sentenced to three years in prison and fined $4,495, of which $4,360 was restitution.
