A man who admitted his participation in a shooting that injured a man during a drug deal was sentenced Thursday to 14 years, two months in prison. 19-year old Tyree Deville Sharp previously pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting attempted first-degree murder. He admitted being involved in a robbery in July 2014 in the 200 block of 33rd Avenue South during a marijuana sale that led to a shooting. The two other suspects involved also were convicted and have been sentenced. Sharp was charged with aiding and abetting attempted first- and second-degree murder, aggravated robbery and second-degree assault. He was accused of taking the wallet of one of the victims, while another accomplice was accused of shooting the victim in the neck and in the back of the shoulder.
