A St. Cloud man is facing two charges after fleeing the scene of a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a pedestrian. A criminal complaint filed Friday in the Benton County District Court said 27-year old Jason Rau is facing charges of leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident and driving after revocation. According to the State Patrol, Rau was one of two drivers who struck a pedestrian, James Olsen of St. Cloud on Wednesday evening. According to the complaint, Rau admitted to officers he struck something, but did not know what it was. He also admitted he did not stop because he did not have a valid drivers license.
